Jeannine P. GocheJeannine Padula Goche is a Graduate of Columbia University and American University (J.D. B.A. 1985 and J.D in 1988) and has been a practicing attorney for over 26 years.

She has been admitted to practice in both the NY and VA Bars, as well as the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Residential real estate has been the primary focus of her practice since 1990. She has handled hundreds of closings, including:

  • houses
  • condos
  • co-ops
  • commercial properties
  • vacant land

Ms. Goche represents purchasers, sellers and lenders throughout Westchester, Bronx, Putnam, Rockland, and Manhattan.

Ms. Goche is the recipient of AVVO’s “Client’s Choice for Real Estate Award” for 2012 and is a member of  several real estate related groups, including:

Ms. Goche is also a highly experienced consumer bankruptcy attorney focusing primarily in the area of Chapter 13. She has managed the Babel firm’s extensive Chapter 13 portfolio for the past six years and is currently a partner in David J. Babel, Esq., P.C.

She has applied her real estate experience to the areas of:

She is particularly skilled at handling real estate transactions for those in the midst of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and short-sales.
